Along with being a husband and father of 2 girls, Taylor Collins is a true pioneer in regenerative agriculture. He and his wife, Katie Forrest, launched EPIC Provisions, the first 100% grass-fed meat bar company, which they later sold to General Mills. They went on to establish ROAM Ranch, a 450-acre regenerative ranch in Texas, where they have revitalized the land by raising a diverse range of livestock. They also sell regeneratively raised meats through their newest company, Force of Nature. We eat their products daily. A first-generation rancher, Collins is dedicated to transforming the meat industry and how consumers think about sustainable meat. Wherever he may roam, he is truly an epic dude, a real force of nature himself!
